A playful twist, about myself without complete anonymity.

About Me!

Welcome to my blog! Where coffee fuels my dreams (and sometimes my questionable life choices). Prepare for a mix of freelance adventures, travel mishaps (because who travels perfectly?), and maybe even a recipe or two (no promises, I burn toast on a good day).

I’m Ann, a single mom of three who started freelancing in 2021. From October to December 2024, I trained as a paralegal at the University of the Philippines, which was a big step in my legal career. I learned a lot about legal research, drafting, and preparing cases, and I also picked up the discipline, ethics, and attention to detail needed in this field. The training pushed me to grow in my work and as a person, and it made me even more passionate about helping with legal work in a careful and responsible way.

Balancing work and motherhood is always a learning process, but I’m here, taking it one project and one spilled juice box at a time. This website is where I share my story, my interests, and a few tips for other freelancers—or anyone who could use a laugh about the daily juggling act.

Freelancing isn’t always glamorous, but it’s definitely rewarding! Since 2021, I’ve been a remote legal assistant, supporting law firms across the US. But let’s be honest, sometimes legal jargon can get dry. That’s why I love switching gears and offering personal assistant services, managing social media, and even writing engaging blog posts. Think of me as your real-life Swiss Army knife, ready to tackle any task with a can-do attitude and a sprinkle of humor (because let’s face it, a little laughter goes a long way!).

So, there you have it! A glimpse into my life. If you need a legal eagle by your side, a social media whiz, or someone to craft killer copy, don’t be shy! Hit me up on social media or shoot me an email at jheanndelacruz05@gmail.com. I’d love to chat and see how I can help you achieve your goals!
